Refund policy

provide you with the best online shopping experience possible. If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help. 

Returns 

We only accept returns for goods that are: 

• Damaged due to our error
• Color different than requested 
• Size different than requested 

To be eligible for a return, you must inform us with a proof photo within the day of delivery and return the item within 3 days. It is preferred if items are returned with the original packaging. 

Refunds 

We do not provide refunds under any circumstances. All eligible returns will only be 
handled through an exchange process as outlined below. 

Exchanges 

Once we receive your returned item and verify the issue, we will exchange it for the same product (correct size, correct color, or an undamaged piece). 

We do not allow exchanges for any other reasons outside those mentioned above.

Return Shipping 

We will cover the shipping costs for returns only in cases where the return is due to our error (e.g., damaged goods, wrong item, incorrect size or color). 

Processing Time 

Exchanges will be processed within 3–5 business days after we receive your returned item.
